Step #1: You have thoughts that the home you are living in now is not the one for you anymore:

Step #2: You have decided that selling your home is the right thing to do now:
If after discussing your needs and wants and you feel the time is right to sell your current home, investment property, vacation home or family home then we will start the process of finding the right sales price. This is all free to you with no obligation to use Bird Dog Real Estate in the selling of your Home.

  • We will start by preparing for you a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Please see the CMA tab for more information on what goes into this, and to learn more about the process.

  • We will go over the current local market conditions with you that will help guide you on setting the right sales price.

  • Advise you on how best to prepare your home for the upcoming showings that will take place. Please see the Showing your home tab for more detailed information and tips.

  • Market your home to bring in as many buyers as we can (Open houses, marketing plans, MLS listing, great photos and more). The more Buyers interested in your home will help you to sell it more quickly. Also the best feature to bring in more Buyers is to price your home correctly.

  • Help you go over all the offers submitted and negotiate to get you the best price for your home.

  • Help you to choose the most qualified Buyer that will get the deal done. Nothing worse than choosing a Buyer that can’t or won’t go through with the deal all the way to the closing.

  • Be with you throughout the whole process of Home inspection, appraisal, fire, smoke, carbon inspection, and final closing.
