Deck Stain – Cabot’s Australian Timber Oil Mahogany Flame.

At Bird Dog headquarters we have three Mahogany decks and they need to be stained/waterproofed every other year usually.  Last year I could not find my usual stain and the hardware store recommended that I should use the Benjamin Moore deck stain.  It did not work well at all(I do not recommend at all) and I felt by the end of July it needed to be stained again.  This year I found the Stain that I feel work’s best year in and year out – Cabot’s Australian Timber Oil Mahogany Flame.  It is around $42.00 a gallon and for this deck pictured it took a gallon to finish completely.
